DIRECTIONS:
- Print out the Tic-Tac-Toe theme of your choice in 8.5″ x 11″ paper or card stock.
- Cut the Game Card on the left page.
- Cut the Character Cards and give them to two players as game pieces.
- Players take turns putting the Character Cards on the squares of the Game Board.
- First player to form a straight horizontal, vertical or diagonal line wins!
